Returns and Exchange:
We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction every time you shop with us at ZOHBIL. If you happen to receive a damaged or faulty item, or if the size isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right with our hassle-free exchange policy.
Here’s how it works: you have up to 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange for any fresh items in your order. Simply reach out to us via phone or email at cs@zohbil.com or +92 319 2377713 within this timeframe, and we’ll guide you through the process.
It’s important to note that we can only accept exchanges for products that are returned in an unused condition, with all tags intact and in their original packaging. Items must also be unwashed and undamaged to be eligible for exchange. Please keep in mind that this policy applies only to fresh items that are not currently on promotion or discount.
Exchanges can only be facilitated at our shop, and are subject to availability of the desired item in our stock. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for items that are on promotion or discount.
Please be aware that damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or application will not be covered under our exchange policy.
