Here's how it works: you have up to 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange for any fresh items in your order. Simply reach out to us via phone or email at cs@zohbil.com or +92 319 2377713 within this timeframe, and we'll guide you through the process.
It's important to note that we can only accept exchanges for products that are returned in an unused condition, with all tags intact and in their original packaging. Items must also be unwashed and undamaged to be eligible for exchange. Please keep in mind that this policy applies only to fresh items that are not currently on promotion or discount.
Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
If an item is sold out, you can request that we notify you when it is back in stock. If it becomes available again within 15 days we will send you an e-mail to let you know. If there is no more stock, we will remove it from the website
Yes, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.

We only sell items that are in perfect condition, so in the exceptional case that you receive an item with a defect, contact our Customer Service department via E-mail, sharing the images of the defective article along with your order number cs@zohbil.com.
If you accidentally received an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service, with your order number, along with the images of the article at cs@zohbil.com
