Our standard turnaround time for deliveries within the country is 2 to 3 days. However, please be aware that delays in transit may occur due to factors such as metropolitan conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, all packages are shipped via trusted courier companies and come with a tracking number for your convenience.
For orders placed using credit cards, please allow 48 working hours for verification from the bank. This extra step is necessary to ensure the security of your transaction and prevent fraudulent activity.

PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT: (T&C Page)
If your order is lost in transit, Zohbil.com will investigate with the Shipping carrier. It may take 2-3 days for this process. If the package is still not located, we will offer a replacement
PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR STOLEN IN SHIPPING:
A Product is considered damaged if the product received was physically damaged in a material way. A product is considered stolen if the package received is in open condition and is empty. In either case, you may contact our Customer Support department. We are going to investigate this issue and may ask for a digital picture of the received package/product or any other proof for claim purposes as well.
ORDER CANCELATION:
Orders can be canceled upon the customer’s request at any time before it is processed.
ZOHBIL reserves the right to cancel orders for any reasons of the following reasons:
In case of a cancellation, the amount paid via bank transfer or credit/debit card shall be refunded within 20 days of receipt of the order.
For cash on delivery orders, we follow the practice of verifying orders with a maximum number of 2 confirmation calls., if left unattended your order will be cancelled. Orders can be cancelled upon customer’s request any time before they are processed
