1. Return Eligibility

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at returns@zohbil.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

3. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
